CHANGE OF NAME OF A TRADE UNION
I, Johannes Theodorus Crouse, Deputy Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that the United African Motors and Allied Workers Union (S.A.) resolved to change its name. With effect from 22 June 2000 the trade union is registered as the Motor and Allied Workers Union of South Africa (MAWUSA).
