I, Hendrik Christiaan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that the Kaapse Vrugteprodusente Werkgewersorganisasie has been registered as an employers' organisation with effect from 21 June 2000.
