CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYERS' ORGANISATION
I, Hendrik Christiaan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of Hem 5 (6) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements, read with section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that I have cancelled the registration of the Edible Nut Processors Association of South Africa with effect from 22 June 2000.
Please note the provisions of item 5 (8) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements of the Act.
