The Civil Aviation Authority wishes to notify all interested parties that thenceforth, all proposed regulations for the attention of the Civil Aviation Regulation Committee (CARCOM) and comments in respect of published proposed regulations, are to be forwarded directly to the CARCOM Secretariat, c/o the Civil Aviation Authority, 281 Middle Street Lieu Muckleneuk Pretoria, for the attention of Herman Wildenboer, or send to the following e-mail address, wildenboerh@caa.co.za
