LABOUR RELATIONS ACT, 1995

REGISTRATION OF AN EMPLOYER'S ORGANISATION

I, Hendrik Christiaan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that the South African Fishing Industry Employers Organisation (SAFIEO) has been registered as an employers' organisation with effect from 15 June 2000.
