LABOUR RELATIONS ACT, 1995

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION OF TRADE UNIONS

I, Hendrik Christiaan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of Item 5 (6) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements, read with section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that I have cancelled the registration of the following Unions' with effect from 15 June 2000.

1. Chamber of Public Employees (LR 216/V486)
2. Magistrate Association of the North West (LR 216/21499)
3. North West Prosecutor's Association (LR 216/21503)

Please note the provisions of Item 5 (8) of Schedule 7 of the Transitional Arrangements of the Act.
