I, Hendrik Christisan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions has been entered into the register of federations with effect from 12 June 2000.
