REGISTRATION OF A TRADE UNION

I, Hendrik Christiaan Slabbert, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109 (2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that The Trade Union for Upliftment of South Africa (TUFUSA) has been registered as a trade union with effect from 8 June 2000.
