UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE ACT, 1966

INCREASE OF THE MAXIMUM RATE OF EARNINGS BY VIRTUE OF WHICH A PERSON QUALIFIES AS A CONTRIBUTOR TO THE UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE FUND

Under section 2(2)(d) of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1966 (Act No. 30 of 1966), 1, MEMBATHISI MPHUMZI SHEPHERD MDLADLANA, Minister of Labour hereby amend the rate of earnings referred to in Government Notice No. 20500 of 15 October 1999, from ninety three thousand two hundred and eighty eight rand (R93 288) per annum to ninety seven thousand one hundred and eighty, eight rand (R97 188) per annum with effect from 1 January 2001.
