DECLARATION OF NATIONAL ROAD 3, SECTIONS 6X, 7X AND 8X BETWEEN KEEVERSFONTEIN AND WARDEN AS A TOLL ROAD
In terms of section 27(1)(a)(i) of the South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act No 7 of 1998), the Agency hereby declares that section of National Road 3 between Keeversfontein and Warden known as National Road 3 section 6X as declared by Government Notice 256 of 1980 being the road between the Keeversfontein interchange to Van Reenen, section 7X as declared by Government Notice 74 of 1979 being the road between Van Reenen to Harrismith South Interchange, Government Notice 2826 of 1990 being the Harrismith South Interchange, Government Notice 935 of 1989 being the Harrismith Eastern Bypass, Government Notice 61 of 1983 being the road between the end of the Harrismith Eastern Bypass to the left bank of the Meulriver and section 8X as declared by Government Notice 61 of 1983 being the road between the left bank of the Meulriver to the Warden North Interchange, as a toll road.
