REPEAL OF PROCLAMATION NO 257 OF 1978 AND RE~ECLARATION OF NATIONAL ROUTE 2 SECTION 8, EASTFORD - BRACKENHILL; DISTRICT KNYSNA
By virtue of powers vested in me by section 40(1)(b) of the The South African National Roads Agency Limited and National Roads Act, 1998 (Act 7 of 1998), I hereby repeal Proclamation No 257 of 1978; and in terms of Section 40(1)(a), of the said Act, I hereby declare that the route, the boundaries of which have been fixed by survey as indicated on the attached plan P446/99 shell be a National Road.
