DECLARATION OF STATE OF DISASTER
1, Sydney Mufamadi, Minister for Provincial and Local Government, under and by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 2 (1) of the Civil Protection Act, 1977 (Act No. 67 of 1977, hereby declare with effect from 18 March 2000, a state of disaster in the magisterial districts mentioned in the accompanying Schedule.
