The Director General of the national Department of Education hereby publishes the report by Eberhard Bertelsrnann, Acting Judge of the High Court in Pretoria upon investigations into certain irregularities which allegedly occurred during the senior certificate examinations of 1998 in Mpumalanga for general information.
