SMALL CLAIMS COURT ACT, 1984 (ACT No. 61 OF 1984)
ESTABLISHMENT OF SMALL CLAIMS COURT FOR THE AREA OF EMLAZI

I, Abdulah Mohamed Omar, Minister of Justice, acting under section 2 (1) of the Small Claims Court Act, 1984 (Act No. 61 of 1984), hereby-

1. establish a small claims court for the adjudication of claims for the area of Emlazi, which consists of the District of Emlazi;
2. determine Emlazi to be the seat of the said court; and
3. determine Emlazi to be the place in that area for the holding of sessions of the said court.
