NOTICE REGARDING THE CHANGE OF VENUE FOR HEARINGS IN RELATION TO APPLICATIONS FOR
(FOUR-YEAR) COMMUNITY SOUND BROADCASTING LICENCE
(NORTH WEST PROVINCE)
The Independent Broadcasting Authority gives notice, in terms of section 42(2) of the Independent Broadcasting Authority Act 153 of 1993, as amended, of its intention to change the venue for hearings into the applications for Community Sound Broadcasting Licences to be heard in Pretoria, which appeared in the Government Gazette 20530 notice 2288 dated 5 October 1999.
The initial venue that appeared in Government Gazette no.20530 notice 2288 dated 5 October 1999 was:
