The Policy Document on the Statutory Regulation of the Built Environment Professions, (PDF file) which sets the conceptual framework for the complete review of the regulation of the professions that are the responsibility of the Department of Public Works, is hereby published for public comment.
The draft legislation that flows from the above-mentioned policy is simultaneously published for comment from the public and interested parties at large. These draft Bills are:
