DRAFT ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUDICATION OF ROAD TRAFFIC OFFENCES REGULATIONS, 1999
The Minister of Transport intends making the regulations contained in Notice No. 941 published in Government Gazette No. 20089 of 17 May 1999, under section 34 of the Administrative Adjudication of Road Traffic Offences Act, 1998. Interested parties are invited to submit written comments on the draft regulations to reach Mr. Hennie van Tonder at Private Bag X1 93, Pretoria, 0001, within 30 days from the date of publication of this notice.
