NATIONAL MONUMENTS ACT, No. 28 OF 1969

AMENDMENT TO EXISTING GOVERNMENT NOTICE

By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 10 (2) (a) of the National Monuments Act, 1969 (Act No. 28 of 1969), I, Lionel Percival Hercules Mbeki Mtshali, Minister of Arts, Culture, Science and Technology, hereby amend Item 4 of Government Notice No. 1349 of 22 June 1990 as fully described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

THE PROPERTIES WITH THE KLASIES RIVER CAVES COMPLEX THEREON, IN THE HUMANSDORP DISTRICT

Description

The properties with the Klasies River Caves complex thereon, described as follows:

1. The farm Geelhoutboom West Annexe 664, being certain piece of land situated in the Division of Humansdorp, in extent 50,2927 (fifty comma two nine two seven) hectares.

Deed of Transfer T3076111969, dated 7 November 1969.

2. The farm Sand Punt Annexe 665, being certain piece of land situated in the Division of Humansdorp, in extent 55,8345 (fifty-five comma eight three four five) hectares.

Deed of Transfer T2112511967, dated 13 September 1967.

3. The farm Klasiesriviermond 752, being certain piece of land situated in the Administrative District of Humansdorp, in extent 15,9174 (fifteen comma nine one seven four) hectares.

Deed of Transfer G23611972, dated 13 December 1972.
