ABOLISHMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 46 (1) OF THE MINERALS ACT, 1991

I, Penuell Mpapa Maduna, Minister of Minerals and Energy, acting in terms of section 46 (2) of the Minerals Act, 1991 (Act No. 50 of 1991), hereby abolish the provisions of section 46 (1 ) of the Minerals Act, 1991, with regard to the Remainder of the farm Saxendrift No. 20, the Remainder of the farm Annex Saxendrift No. 21, Portion 1 (Paarde Pan) of the said farm Annex Saxendrift No. 21 and Portion 1 (Miners Hope) of the farm Annex Brakfontein East No. 22, District of Hopetown, Northern Cape Province, as shown on sketch plan No. NC 5/212/173, copies of which are filed in the office of the Director: Mineral Development, Northern Cape Region, with effect from the first day after the date of publication of this notice.
