NO. 28 OF 1995: INTERNAL PEACE INSTITUTIONS ACT REPEAL ACT, 1995.

It is hereby notified that the President has assented to the following Act which is hereby published for general information:-

ACT

To repeal the Internal Peace Institutions Act, 1992; and to provide for matters connected therewith.

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:-

Repeal of Laws

1. The Internal Peace Institutions Act, 1992 (Act No. 135 of 1992), sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Judicial Matters Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 143 of 1992), and the Internal Peace Institutions Amendment Act, 1993 (Act No. 149 of 1993), are hereby repealed.

Short title

2. This Act shall be called the Internal Peace Institutions Act Repeal Act, 1995.
