BROADCASTING AMENDMENT ACT NO. 73 OF 1993

ACT

To amend the Broadcasting Act, 1976, so as to increase the membership of the
Board of the South African Broadcasting Corporation; and to provide for matters
connected therewith.

1.   Amends section 4 of the Broadcasting Act, No. 73 of 1976, by substituting
sub- section (1).

2.   Short title and commencement.—This Act shall be called the Broadcasting
Amendment Act, 1993, and shall come into operation on a date fixed by the State
President by proclamation in the Gazette.
