I, Bomo Edith Edana Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under section8 of the World Heritage Convention Act, 1999 (Act No. 49 of 1999), to declare the Robben Island Museum Council as the Management Authority responsible for the Robben Island Museum World Heritage Site for a period of 5 years subject to a performance review.
