1. On page 4, from line 5, to omit paragraph (b) and to substitute: (b) invite nominations for persons who comply with the criteria contemplated in paragraph (a) to be appointed as members of the Tribunal— (i) by notice in at least two newspapers circulating throughout the Republic; and (ii) by taking such further steps as the Minister considers appropriate to bring the contents of the notice to the attention of interested persons.
