I,Dr Aaron Mctsdaiedi, Minister of Health, hereby, after consultation with the Advisory Committee, in terms of section 105A of the Occupational Diseases in Mines and Works Act, 1973 (Act No 78 of 1973) ("the Act"), amend the following amounts appearing in sections 80(2) and 80(3) of the Act so as to increase affected denefits, with effect from 1 April 201 8, as fellows:
