I, Mildred Nelisiwe Oliphant, Minister of Labour, do hereby in terms of section 32(2) read with section 32(5)(c) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, publish a notice in accordance with the provisions of subsection 32(5)(c) inviting representations from the public in response to the Bargaining Council for the Restaurant, Catering and Allied Trades' application for extension to non parties regarding its Collective Agreement which was submitted to the Department of Labour on 28 February 2018.
