To amend the Insolvency Act, 1936, so as to insert a definition of Minister; to enablethe Cabinet member responsible for the administration of justice todeterminepolicy for, and further regulate, the appointment ofcuratoresbonis,trustees,provisional trustees and co-trustees by the Masters of the High Courts; to amendthe Administration of Estates Act, 1965, so as to provide for the appointment of aChief Master of the High Courts; to amend the Companies Act, 1973, so as toenable the Cabinet member responsible for the administration of justice todetermine policy for, and further regulate, the appointment of liquidators,provisional liquidators, co-liquidators and provisional judicial managers by theMasters of the High Courts; to amend the Close Corporations Act, 1984, so as toenable the Cabinet member responsible for the administration of justice todetermine policy for, and further regulate, the appointment of liquidators by theMasters of the High Courts; and to provide for matters connected therewith.
