INJEJE yabeNGUNI Council unequivocally condemns the arrogant testimony of the racist called Glen Naidoo from KZN VIP Security, a known murderer and instigator of racial violence that resulted in the Phoenix Massacre during the  July unrest. Our council has observed with disgust how this individual and his murderous company KZN VIP Security have not been charged for instigating violence against natives in the Phoenix area. This little man is on video instigating people to erect unlawful barricades which were the focal points of racial violence against natives. He is on record stating "I don't care whether you are a gangster, a criminal or whatever, we need all hands on deck..."

It this blatant lobbying of criminals to participate in the illegal racist barricades erected by KZN VIP SECURITY that should have been enough for him to be charged yet he still roams free after having singlehandedly orchestrated the brutal massacre that occured in Phoenix. Mr.Ngizwe Mchunu was arrested for merely saying "Azikhale" without mobilizing any criminals or gangsters however he was hounded by the SAPS as though he had committed murder like Glen Naidoo and KZN VIP Security. Mr. Carl Neihus was humiliated and arrested outside the Escourt Prison for merely supporting president Jacob Zuma and yet the murderer and known instigator of the Phoenix Massacre roams free without ever being charged and KZN VIP Security, a company founded by drug lords is still allowed to operate freely.

We are further very disappointed in the SAPS Provincial Commissioner Nhlanhla  Mkhwanazi for also turning a blind eye to this, the Phoenix Massare unfortunately happened in his tenure and his lackluster approach in arresting an instigator that does not deny his instigation will remain a taint on his legacy for a very long time as the blood of the natives wants justice.

If a murderous racist such as Glen Naidoo and his  KZN VIP Security outfit that is nortorious for murdering natives and dumping their bodies in sugarcane fields is allowed to continue their reign of terror unabated by the State, it must than be known that there shall be no peace between the Indian and African communities in Phoenix. Under no circumstances must the indian communities believe that them catching our people unarmed and off guard then brutally killing them is not something we are about to forget neither is avenging the blood of our people something we are about to forgo because government and some politicians say so. The indian community is far from being in a safe zone after having committed such acts against our community unprovoked.

The racist Glen Naidoo must also be aware that he too remains unsafe, at this point anything can happen at any given time, justice will be served and absolution will be ours!
