ABOUT THE AUTHOR
At 19, Chef Mash found herself in the kitchen out of necessity — and never left. Formerly trained as an accountant at Nelson Mandela University, she later followed her heart to Capsicum Culinary Studio. In 2019, she launched Meals with Mash, dedicated to keeping heritage recipes alive and empowering home cooks everywhere.
