To amend the Defence Act, 1957, so as to delete or replace certain obsolete or inapplicable expressions; to make provision for camouflage of the South African Defence Force which may not be used for any other purpose; and to authorize the Chief of the South African Defence Force to delegate certain powers conferred upon him by law; to amend the Defence Amendment Act, 1992, so as to delete certain inapplicable expressions in the Schedule thereto; and to provide for matters in connection therewith.
