The Democratic Alliance (DA) is deeply saddened by the passing of Mr Ainsley Moos, the chairman of the Stellenbosch University (SU) council. In addition to his years of service to the Maties community, Mr Moos was also an accomplished businessman.
As a member of the SU council he chaired, I always experienced Mr Moos as a kind, dignified and principled leader. The DA sends its sincere condolences to his family and we honour his legacy of service to SU.
