The Congress of South African Trade Unions (COSATU) will present its submission on the Division of Revenue Amendment (DORA) Bill to the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Appropriations at 09h00 -Wednesday, 24 November 2021.
The Division of Revenue Amendment Bill caters for budgetary allocations to provincial and local government, more specifically the adjustments provided for in the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement (MTBPS) tabled at Parliament by the Minister for Finance on 11 November 2021.
