Dr Rob Davies, Minister of the Department of Trade and Industry, in terms of and under section 120 (1) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (Act 68 of 2008), read together with the respective sections indicated in the regulations set out in the schedule hereto and below, do hereby make the regulations set out in the schedule hereto and issue the attached notices in terms of the respective sections indicated in such notices.
