I, Dr Rob Davies. Minister of Trade and industry, in terms of section 223 of the Companies Act. 2008, (Act 71 of 2008), and in consultation with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, hereby amend the Companies Regulations, 2011 , published under Government Notice No. R351 in Government Gazette 34239 of 26 April 2011 , by the substitution for Forms CoR 15. 1A to CoR 15. 1 E, wherever referred to in the said regulations, of the forms in the Schedule hereto.
