The government has reacted with 'astonishment' to questions raised
by MP Patricia de Lille’s relating to President Thabo Mbeki's
role in the arms procurement process.
"Curious" events in the bidding for South Africa's arms deal that
might have involved President Thabo Mbeki still need to be probed,
politician Patricia de Lille said yesterday.
Patricia de Lille was using the very legislation she had opposed to
deprive the Pan Africanist Congress of a seat in Parliament, the
party said on Wednesday.
