Eight badly performing sector education and training authorities
(Setas) have received a "tongue lashing" in the form of written
instructions from an angry Labour Minister Membathisi Mdladlana.
The Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), which three years ago was
declared technically insolvent, has now turned around its finances,
Labour Minister Membathisi Mdladlana told MPs yesterday.
Underperforming Sectoral Education and Training Authorities (Setas)
will be publicly named and shamed by the end of June, Labour
Minister Membathisi Mdladlana said.
