'Shoot the boer' is hate speech – court
JUDGMENT
Singing the words "awudubula ibhuna" (shoot the boer) and dubula amabhuna baya rapyha" (shoot the boers, they rape) was outlawed a Monday – sparking joy as well as dismay.
