Please note that Treasury officials will host a media workshop on 23 October in Parliament (Imbizo Centre). This is part of the workshops which the Department normally hosts a day before the Medium Term Budget Policy Statement to help journalists familiarise themselves with the documents and terminology. This year, the workshop will focus on very interesting topics, so don’t miss it! Details will be made available in due course. In the meantime, and for travel arrangements for journalists who will be flying in to Cape Town, the workshop will be held on Tuesday, 23 October at 14:00 until 15:30.
