The applicant has launched an application for rescission of an order of this court granted on 4th December 2014. The applicant is also seeking a costs order against the respondents, in the event of them opposing their application. The respondents are opposing the applicant's application. Mr Eric de Jager has deposed the opposing affidavit on behalf of both first and second respondents.
