In terms of section 11(2) of the Spatial Data Infrastructure Act, 2003 (Act No. 54 Of 2003), I, Gugile Ernest Nkwinti (MP). Minister of the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform, hereby approve the National Land Cover Classes and Definitions 2016 Standard. The standard will corne into operation one month from the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.
