I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of section 61(c) and 61(d) of the South African Schools Act,196 (Act.No.84of196) and after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, approve the amendment of the Regulations Pertaining to the National Curiculum Statement Grades R-12, promulgated as Government Notice 14 in Government Gazette No.36041 of 28 December 2012 as set out in th eSchedule.(Gazette 38589, Notice R235)
