I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers and in terms of sections 61 (c) and (d) of the South African Schools Act, 1996 (Act. No. 84 of 1996), hereby approve the regulations pertaining to the National Curriculum Statement Grades R-12 as set out in the Schedule.
