I, Hon. T. W. Nxesi, MP acting in my capacity as Minister of Sport and Recreation and in line with the provisions of the South African Boxing Act, Act no. 11 of 2011, hereby call on interested stakeholders (including all recognised national sport organisations, particularly the S. A. National Amateur Boxing Organisation and other interested parties) and ordinary members of the South African public to nominate members to the Board of Boxing South Africa for a period of three (3) years. The associations for boxers, managers, trainers, promoters and officials or a federation of such associations are also entitled to nominate a person to be considered for appointment by the Minister.
