I, Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education and Training, in terms of Section 260 (5) read with Section 36 of the Skills Development Act 1998, after consultation with the National Skills Authority and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations, intend to make the Regulations in the Schedule hereto and publish these regulations;:(comment for public comment period of 30 days from the date of this notice.
