You are invited to attend the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between SA National Parks and Welgevonden Game Reserve on Monday 12 November 2018.

Venue: Welgevonden Game Reserve

Media will be transported to the Taaibos River Lodge (No personal vehicles allowed in the reserve).

The event will take place on Welgevonden and the programme is as follows:

10:00     Delegates arrive at Welgevonden Main Gate (Directions attached)

10:15     Travel to Taaibos River Lodge on Welgevonden by open vehicle

10:45     Gather in Taaibos conference room

  Welcome, presentations on Joint Operations Centre (JOC); and technology solution under development, brief speeches

11:45     Signing Ceremony

12:00     Lunch

(Note that some flexibility exists in above timings)
