The South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) looks forward to working closely with the Ministry of Small Business Development in supporting SME growth and employment creation. SACCI enjoys a strong relationship with government in terms of sharing information and consulting on policy. A new dimension was added to this relationship this morning when accepted the challenge of Minister Lindiwe Zulu to partner with the Ministry to support SME growth. SACCI boasts 50 local chambers of commerce and industry that in turn represent over 18 000 SMEs throughout the country that have a track record of participating in local economic development. SACCI looks forward to the continued support of its members in this new partnership.
