The Labour Court late this afternoon indicated that in Solidarity’s case against the SABC, another judge will deliver the ruling on behalf of Judge Lagrange in Johannesburg tomorrow. Therefore, the ruling will no longer be delivered at the Labour Court in Cape Town as previously communicated; the ruling will be given tomorrow in the Labour Court in Johannesburg.
