The Speaker of the National Assembly has complied with the directions of the Constitutional Court by filing a replying affidavit to the Constitutional Court application from the United Democratic Movement (UDM) for a secret ballot on the motion of no confidence in the President.

The Constitutional Court issued the directions on 11 April.
