The Portfolio Committee on Justice and Correctional Services has postponed its planned meeting for tomorrow, 14 February 2018. The Committee had several items on the agenda, including a meeting with the Public Protector to discuss matters that are currently in the public domain.

Committee Chairperson Dr Mathole Motshekga said the postponement is due to a sudden amendment in the parliamentary programme for tomorrow, which leaves the Committee with too little time to address the matters on the agenda.

The meeting will now take place on Tuesday, 20 February 2018. The Committee would like to apologies to anyone who might be inconvenienced by this change.
