The Ad Hoc Joint Committee on Appointment of Board Members of the National Youth Development Agency unanimously agreed to recommend to the National Assembly (NA) seven names as candidates to fill the vacancies of the NYDA Board. The recommendations followed a rigorous interview process as well as the necessary vetting processes.

The Committee is convinced that if the NA accedes to the recommendations, the candidates will add value to the work of the NYDA. The Committee views this as important in efforts to advance the work of the Board and fight unemployment among the youth of the country.
