The Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) GIBB, and Sunlight will on Thursday, 13 July 2017 host an exclusive roundtable discussion to discuss alternative water resources.

This comes amidst the current water scarcity conditions, which are set to increase especially during the winter months as South Africa can expect little to no rainfall. Some of the key topics to be discussed will be desalination as well as Wastewater as a critical resource

Introducing alternative water resources will ensure that consumers will not be completely reliant on existing dams and reservoirs.
